2. Description of Service

weev is a web-based tool that allows users to submit text describing an itinerary (the "User Content"). Our Service automatically processes this User Content to identify and extract geographical locations and generates a visual map based on this extracted data.

3. User Content

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the original itinerary text you submit to the Service.

Licence to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant weev a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or your account.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, confidential, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that you do not have the right to transmit.
• Upload any content containing software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of weev and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Accuracy Disclaimer: weev does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any maps generated through the Service. The location extraction process is automated and may result in errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of your text. The generated map is for informational and visualisation purposes only. Always verify locations and routes using an official and reliable source before travel.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall weev, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any errors or omissions in the content generated by the Service; or (iii) any decisions made or actions taken by you in reliance on the Service.
